In the e-mail distribution service, you can manage the delivery reservation status and the past delivery histories.
*The target is only the questionnaire mail that have delivered through e-mail dustribution service of Questant.

①Open the survey invitation page.
②Click the "here"link at the bottom of the "Email"icon.
▼Management of the delivery reservation status
1. You can change the reservation date.
2. You can change the reservation time.
3. The number of the reserved e-mails are displayed.
When you click the number, you can download the list of the reserved e-mails.
4. You can cancel the reservation. Cancelled e-mails can't be restored.
*Following delivery reservations can't be cancelled:

2. Delivery start dates are displayed.
3. Delivery complete dates are displayed.
4. The number of the reserved e-mails are displayed.
When you click the number, you can download the list of the reserved e-mails.

When you click the number, you can download the list of the delivery failed e-mails.
