In the e-mail distribution service,
you can view the number of delivery failed destinations
and download a list of the e-mail adresses.
The following are the possible reasons for delivery failure:
・E-mail adress is incorrect
・E-mail adress does not exist
・E-mail address has experienced delivery failure in the past
・Inbox has reached upper limit
・E-mails from "enquete@questant.jp" have been denied
・E-mail size is too large
・Problem(s) in contents
・E-mail reception setting in the destination is "Reject"
etc.
*We cannot identify the reason of delivery failure to the specified e-mail adress,
nor resend e-mails to failed destinations.
